We want you (and your little gremlin) to be happy with every order.

If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened consumable products (including supplements and powders) unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
